So they checked both the furnace and the boilers and found a problem with one of them so they did repairs as well and actually the repairs was under warranty so that was great. They're honest they know what they're doing. I would have never even thought about looking in to see if it was still under warranty so I appreciate this."

"Inspected possible gas leak that was listed in my house inspection. Chas came out himself to do work, which is always reassuring. He soaped up common connections that would be potential areas for gas leaks and did a gas detection test. I had my own detector and didn't find anything prior, but I wanted a professional to confirm my findings. Chas also gave me advice on the furnace and filters, telling me to use less expensive filters during an upcoming flooring project. It was an obvious suggestion, but with everything going on while moving into a new house, it nice to know someone was 'treating it like his own'. Definitely would hire Chas Heating again."
